- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Place fillets in greased, shallow baking dish.

2Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper.

3In saucepan, heat butter, blend in flour and add milk.

4Cook until bubbly.

5Pour sauce over fish.

6Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over all.

7Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
