  • 1 (10-inch) deep dish pie crust
  • 10 to 12 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • sweetened whipped cream

Directions

    Mound peaches in unbaked pie crust.

    In small bowl, mix sugar, eggs and flour until smooth.

    Pour over peaches; dot with butter. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Let sit before serving.

    Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
