- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. haddock or any whitefish
- mayonnaise
- crushed Ritz crackers (in plastic bag or bowl)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Wash fish in cold water.

2Pat dry. Spread mayonnaise over each side of the fish and roll in crushed Ritz crackers.

3Place in flat shallow pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish is white and flaky.
