  • 1 (5 lb.) chuck roast
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Place beef in roaster.

    Add soup mix, bouillon cubes, garlic, water and Worcestershire sauce.

    Cover container and roast in 250° oven for 5 hours.

    Cool meat slightly and shred with fork; remove fat.

    Put meat back in hot liquid.

    Serve on buns.
