- 1 large head lettuce
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, chilled
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 onion, chopped fine
- 3/4 bottle Kraft Catalina dressing, chilled
- 1 medium bag Fritos, crushed
Directions

1Prepare lettuce as for tossed salad.

2Drain and rinse beans. Add diced tomatoes, diced onions, cheese and beans to lettuce. Chill.

3Just before serving, toss with Fritos and Catalina dressing.

4Goes well with King Ranch Chicken.
