Easy Beef Enchilada

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (19 oz.) can El Paso enchilada sauce
  • 6 oz. shredded cheese
  • 1 (12 count) floured tortillas

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°. Brown beef. Stir in 3/4 cup enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese.

    Spoon filling into tortilla. Roll and place seam side down in 13 x 9 pan. Place remaining sauce over top and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
