Easy Beef Stroganoff

- 1 lb. stew meat, cut into small chunks
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 8 oz. (4 cups) egg noodles
Directions

1Saute beef, onion and garlic until beef is brown.

2Stir in soup and water.

3Cook over low heat 45 minutes or until beef is tender.

4Cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Just before serving add sour cream to beef mixture, stir and heat for 2 minutes.

5Serve beef over hot noodles.
