Directions

1Combine beets, chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt, and cumin in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until pureed. Pour reserved chickpea liquid in slowly, with the processor running, until hummus is smooth and desired consistency is achieved.
