Easy Blackberry Syrup

  • 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 quart Jarred Blackberries (or 4 Cups Frozen Blackberries)

Directions

    In a medium saucepan, stir sugar and cornstarch together with a whisk. Slowly stir in water until smooth. Stir in blackberries, juice and all. Place pot on heat and bring to boil stirring frequently. Once sauce thickens, it's done!

    *Of course you can add more cornstarch for a thicker syrup or add more water for a thinner syrup, depending on your preference!
