Easy Blender Chocolate Mousse

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, heated
Directions

1Place chocolate chips, egg and vanilla into blender and blend for 30 seconds.

2Remove center of blender lid and while machine is running, slowly pour heated cream into the chocolate mixture.

3Blend until well mixed and chocolate chips are melted.

4Pour into parfait or wine glasses and refrigerate until set.

5Can serve with a garnish of sweetened whipped cream.
