  • 4 Polish sausage, cut in half (3/4 lb.)
  • 4 bratwurst, cut in half (3/4 lb.)
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, cut into 2 pieces (1-1/2 lb.) Whole Foods 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09

  • 6 cups thinly shredded green cabbage

  • 1/2 cup Kraft Classic Herb Dressing
  • 3 tart red apples, sliced
  • 1/2 cup apple juice

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Saute sausages in large frying pan on medium-high heat for 10 min., pricking to release fat; drain.

    Set aside.

    Add pork chops; saute for 5 min.

    or until browned.

    Stir in onion; cook until tender.

    Cut sausages in half.

    Mix apples and vegetables with dressing.

    Layer on bottom of large casserole dish.

    Top with meat pieces and cover with apple juice.
