Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. oil (canola for no cholesterol)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (1 or none optional)
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in a bowl.

2Add oil, salt and sugar.

3Mix and add 2 cups flour.

4Stir well.

5Add 3rd cup of flour.

6Leave in bowl, cover and let rise until doubled.

7Pour out on floured board.

8Knead about 10 strokes.

9Put in greased pans; let rise again.

10Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
