  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 cup ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 4 cups firm white bread cubes (3/4 inch)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.

    Add celery and onions; cook 3 to 5 min.

    or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

    Add dry seasonings; cook and stir 1 min.

    Add bread and parsley; mix lightly.

    Whisk eggs and broth until blended.
