Ingredients

  • 4 piece white bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup tomato(chopped & crushed not paste )
  • 1 tsp onion paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • pinch ground black pepper
  • 1/4 chicken stock cube ( knorr)
  • 1 green chilli( finely chopped)

Directions

    Put all ingredients except bread and eggs and crush well to mix together.

    Whisk the eggs and pour the spice mix in it, mix well.

    Put a tea spoon full of oil or cooking spray in frying pan and deep whole bread in egg mix until soaked.

    Fry till breads turn golden brown and well cooked.
