Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 9 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 24 oz. frozen hash browns

Directions

    Cook and drain sausage and spread on bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch dish.

    Beat together milk, eggs and margarine.

    Pour over sausage.

    Over top of this, layer the hash browns and the Cheddar cheese.

    Bake one hour.
