- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
- 1 1/2 c. chopped tomato
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- bacon or sausage (4 slices)
Directions

1Spray 8 x 8-inch pan with Pam.

2Layer green chiles, tomato, shredded cheese and fried bacon in pan.

3Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick and salt together and pour over layered mixture.

4Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375° until golden brown.
