  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped tomato
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • bacon or sausage (4 slices)

Directions

    Spray 8 x 8-inch pan with Pam.

    Layer green chiles, tomato, shredded cheese and fried bacon in pan.

    Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick and salt together and pour over layered mixture.

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375° until golden brown.
