  • 3 cups cooked brown rice or 3 cups white rice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1 cup rice milk or 1 cup soymilk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    For Vegan use either the rice milk or soy milk.
