  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/4 lb.), cut into strips
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice

    Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
