- 6 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. broccoli, steamed and chopped
Directions

1In 2 1/2-quart casserole, soften butter.

2Whisk in flour and then eggs.

3Stir in cheeses, reserving some Cheddar for topping, about 1/2 cup.

4Mix in broccoli.

5Top with reserved cheese.

6Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

7Cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
