  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder (sifted with flour)
  • 1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

    Over low heat melt 1 cup chips with margarine. Add flour and
