  • 34 cup all-purpose flour
  • 13 cup cocoa powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

    Whisk or mix in butter, water, eggs and vanilla.

    Add nuts, if using.

    You can bake them in muffin tins, just line the tins with paper muffin liners, no need to grease.

    Makes about 12 small muffin-size brownies.

    Bake at 325F for 25 minutes.
