Easy Cabbage Casserole

- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1/3 c. raw rice
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. grated cheese (8 oz. Mozzarella)
Directions

1Brown meat and drain. Add rice and drain.

2In oblong dish, layer cabbage and meat mixture.

3Pour tomato soup and water over top. Bake, covered, at 350° for about 1 or 1 1/2 hours.

4Just before done, sprinkle cheese on top to melt.
