Easy Cabbage Vadas

- 4 -5 cabbage leaves
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 3 onions
- 1 tablespoon cumin seed
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 4 -5 green chilies
- salt
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1Cut the cabbage leaves into small pieces.

2Slice the onions into small pieces.

3Cut the green chillies as well.

4Mix the cut cabbage leaves, onions, green chillies with salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.

5Pour the wheat flour and cumin seeds over it.

6Make a dough with water.

7It should be thick like vada batter.

8Heat the oil in a kadai.

9Take some water in a bowl.
-
10Dip your hand in the water and shape the batter like a vada.

11Carefully lower it in the hot oil.
-
12Again dip your hand in the water and continue the process.

13If you find that the batter is wattery you can add some more wheat flour and salt.

14Remove the vadas when they are golden brown.

15Enjoy it with Ketchup or Chutney.
