  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. Wesson or Crisco oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. pecans or black walnuts, finely chopped and coated with 1 c. plain flour
  • 2 c. canned carrots, drained and mashed
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid brown sugar or 2 Tbsp. dry brown sugar
