Ingredients: 1 yellow cake mix; 1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip; 4 eggs; 1/4 c. cold water; 2 tsp. cinnamon; 2 c. finely shredded carrots; 1/2 c. chopped walnuts; 1 (16 oz.) tub vanilla ready to spread frosting

1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (16 oz.) tub vanilla ready to spread frosting

Directions

Combine cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon. Mix at medium speed until well blended.

Stir in carrots and walnuts.

Pour in greased pan.

Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
