- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Press 1 package of rolls into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (do not grease).

2Beat well the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk.

3Spread evenly over rolls.

4Evenly roll out second package of rolls; spread over cheese mixture.

5Beat egg white until frothy; brush on top.
