  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls (8 each)
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Press 1 package of rolls into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan (do not grease).

    Beat well the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk.

    Spread evenly over rolls.

    Evenly roll out second package of rolls; spread over cheese mixture.

    Beat egg white until frothy; brush on top.
