  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Combine ingredients in mixer except for crust.

    Beat eggs in one at a time.

    Pour into unbaked pie crust.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

    Chill and serve with your favorite fruit topping.
