  • 4 to 5 Irish potatoes
  • 3/4 to 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • salt

Directions

    Peel potatoes and cut into pieces (as for potato salad).

    Mix potatoes and cheese in casserole.

    Cut margarine into pieces and place over potatoes.

    Pour milk over potatoes.

    Salt to taste. Cover and cook in microwave until potatoes are tender (approximately 10 minutes).
