   Beat cream cheese to soften.

   Add condensed milk.

   Beat again until smooth.

   Add vanilla pudding and water; beat until smooth. Fold in cool whip.

   Put 1/2 into pie crust, add pie filling or fruit, add remaining filling.

   Refrigerate.
