- 24 oz. cream cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 deep dish pie crust
Directions

1Warm cream cheese to room temperature.

2Break cream cheese into chunks.

3Add eggs, milk, flour, vanilla and salt.

4Blend with electric blender.

5Slowly add sugar and blend until all is creamy smooth and even.

6Pour into pie shell.

7Cook at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours until top part rises, turns brown and cracks open.
