Directions

   Mix in a large bowl by hand the lemon cake mix, the melted margarine and the egg; press into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine lemon frosting mix and cream cheese in a large bowl and mix by hand.

   Set aside 1 cup of this mixture.

   Spread the rest of it on top of the cake mixture and bake at 350° for 20 minutes, then at 300° for 25 minutes, or until light brown.

   When completely cool, spread on the reserved cheese frosting and cut into squares.
