Easy Cheesy Coffee Cake

   Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.

   Set aside. Pat 1 tube of crescent roll onto cookie sheet.

   Spread on cheese mixture.

   Top with remaining tube.

   Beat egg whites until frothy. Spread on top. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

   Reduce oven to 350° for 20 minutes longer.

   Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
