Easy Cheesy Crescent

- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- pinch of cayenne powder
- 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Combine the first 4 ingredients. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles.

3Press 2 rectangles over bottom of ungreased 8 or 9-inch square pan.

4Spread half of cheese mixture over dough.

5Place remaining rectangles over cheese, gently stretching to cover.

6Spread with remaining cheese mixture; sprinkle with poppy seed.

7Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.

8Cut into squares.

9Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
