  • 4 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
  • 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 lg. egg
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
