- 2 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 5 medium), unpeeled, cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 oz. VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Directions

1Place potatoes in large saucepan.

2Add enough water to completely cover potatoes.

3Bring to boil on medium-high heat.

4Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 15 min.

5or until potatoes are tender.

6Drain potatoes; return to saucepan.

7Mash potatoes until light and fluffy, gradually adding milk alternately with the VELVEETA.

8Sprinkle with the onions.
