- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1In small bowl, combine soup, milk and pepper.

2In 1 1/2-quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and soup mixture, ending with soup mixture.

3Dot with butter.

4Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour.

5Uncover; bake 15 minutes.

6Garnish with paprika or cooked crumbled bacon.
