  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
  • 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 lb. baking potatoes (about 4 large), peeled, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups chopped leftover baked ham
  • 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

    Heat oven to 375F.

    Microwave Neufchatel and sour cream in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.

    ; whisk until Neufchatel is melted and mixture is well blended.

    Gradually stir in broth.

    Add potatoes, ham and 1-1/4 cups cheddar; mix lightly.

    Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
