  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 21 ounces cherry pie filling or apricot pie filling
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 x powdered sugar optional

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar.

    Stir well.

    Pour batter into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Remove from oven and let cool completely in pan.
