- 6 chicken breasts, boned and split
- 12 to 16 tiny white onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/8 c. sherry wine
- 1 soup can milk
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Place chicken in rectangular baking dish.

2Add onions.

3Mix soup, milk and sherry.

4Pour over chicken.

5Grate cheese over top. Refrigerate until ready to use.

6When ready, place in 350° oven, covered, for 45 minutes.

7Uncover and bake 35 to 45 minutes longer. This recipe is expandable, depending upon the size of the crowd.
