Easy Chicken and Broccoli

- 2 pounds Chicken Breast, With Skin And Bones
- 3 slices Fresh Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorn
- 1 whole Scallion
- 1 pound Broccoli
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cups Sesame Oil
- 1 cup Long Grain Rice
Directions

1Roughly chop the scallion.

2Chop broccoli and discard stalks.

3Place chicken in a large stock pot with enough water to cover by two inches.

4Add scallion, ginger and black peppercorns.

5Bring the water to a boil.

6Cover, turn off the heat and let sit for 2 hours.

7Whisk soy sauce and sesame oil together, to taste.

8Remove the chicken from the water and set aside.

9Add the broccoli florets to the water and return to a boil.

10Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat.

11While the broccoli is boiling, remove the skin and bones from the chicken.

12Slice the meat thinly, along the grain of the chicken.

13Serve chicken and broccoli over rice.

14Drizzle with the sauce and serve with additional sauce for dipping.
