Easy Chicken Bowl

- 3 chicken fillet pieces
- 1 onion chopped
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup green bean (or other veggies)
- 1 vinegar
- 3 clove garlic (optional)
- 1 tbsp corn starch (optional)
Directions

1Cook rice: boil one cup of water with vinegar and butter (optional).

2Add rice and simmer for 8 minutes then it's done.

3Garlic sauce (optional): 1/4 cup of water, add garlic minced, chicken bullion (for flavor), and corn starch (thickness) .

4Slice chicken fillets and sear in frying pan.

5Once done cooking add garlic sauce.

6Stir for a bit then it's done.

7In separate pan, saute onions with green beans.

8Add vinegar and some water ~ cover let simmer for 3 minutes then it's done.

9Scramble eggs and add milk to fluff.

10Salt and pepper and then it's done.

11Mix everything in a bowl and enjoy.
