Easy Chicken Bowl

  • 3 chicken fillet pieces
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup green bean (or other veggies)
  • 1 vinegar
  • 3 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1 tbsp corn starch (optional)

Directions

    Cook rice: boil one cup of water with vinegar and butter (optional).

    Add rice and simmer for 8 minutes then it's done.

    Garlic sauce (optional): 1/4 cup of water, add garlic minced, chicken bullion (for flavor), and corn starch (thickness) .

    Slice chicken fillets and sear in frying pan.

    Once done cooking add garlic sauce.

    Stir for a bit then it's done.

    In separate pan, saute onions with green beans.

    Add vinegar and some water ~ cover let simmer for 3 minutes then it's done.

    Scramble eggs and add milk to fluff.

    Salt and pepper and then it's done.
