  • 4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts, uncooked
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of chicken or mushroom
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 or 2 stacks crushed Ritz crackers

Directions

    Place cut up chicken breast pieces (bite-size) in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Mix sour cream and undiluted soup together and pour over chicken pieces.

    Sprinkle crackers on top and pour melted margarine over crackers.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
