- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast
- 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 stick or 1/2 c. butter
- black pepper to taste
- broccoli (desired amount)
Directions

1In skillet, melt butter.

2Add chicken; brown for 5 minutes with a dusting of pepper.

3While chicken is cooking, combine all other ingredients.

4Mix well.

5Coat bottom and sides of a casserole dish with mixture.

6Place chicken in dish.

7Garnish with desired amount of broccoli trees.

8Cover all with remainder of mixture.

9Cover dish; bake at 350° for 1 hour.

10Serve over egg noodles.
