Easy Chicken Enchiladas

- 2 c. chopped chicken (I use canned chicken)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 oz. green chiles, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 to 6 flour tortillas
Directions

1Mix chicken, 1 1/2 cans soup, 1/2 both cheeses, chiles, onions, salt and pepper.

2Put into tortillas.

3Place in shallow baking dish, seam side down.

4Cover with rest of soup and top with remaining cheese.

5Microwave 10 minutes until cheese bubbles.

6Can also be prepared in oven at 350° for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
