  • 1 fryer, cooked
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Take chicken off bones and put in bottom of flat 3-quart casserole dish.

    Mix soup and water and pour over chicken.

    Mix flour, milk and margarine and spread over soup and chicken.

    Do not stir.

    Pour 2 cups of chicken broth on top; do not stir. Bake at 350° until done, about 45 to 50 minutes.
