Easy Chicken Pot Pie

- 1 can cream of potato soup (condensed)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 2 c. cut up cooked chicken
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Spray 9 x 13-inch baking with cooking spray.

3Drain vegetables in colander.

4Mix cream of potato soup and cream of chicken soup in mixing bowl.

5Add chicken broth, pepper, vegetables and chicken pieces and mix well.

6Pour mixture into baking pan.

7In a mixing bowl, add Bisquick and milk and mix until combined (the mixture will still be a little lumpy).

8Pour the Bisquick mixture over the chicken.

9Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

10Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

11Serves 6 to 8 people.
