Easy Chicken Pot Pie

- 1 Pillsbury All Ready pie crusts
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken (4 breast pieces)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 can carrots, drained
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Add flour, stirring until smooth and thick.

3Cook one minute, stirring constantly.

4Gradually add broth and milk.

5Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.

6Stir in all of the remaining ingredients.

7Pour into unbaked pie crust.

8Add top crust.

9Make several slits in top crust.

10Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
