- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. fried boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut up
- 1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
- 2 medium stalks celery, sliced
Directions

1Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2Toss with chicken, almonds and celery.

3Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
