Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small pkg. thin spaghetti
- 1 small chicken fryer (2 to 3 lb.)
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken and cool.

2Debone and chop.

3Boil spaghetti in chicken broth until tender.

4Drain and reserve broth.

5Saute celery and onion in butter until tender.

6Mix all ingredients in 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish and add enough broth to moisten well. Garnish with additional cheese.

7Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes.

8Serves 8 to 10.
