- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine syrup, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and vanilla.

2Pour into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Adjust caps and process in 10 minute boiling water bath.
